Aurtus Joins WTS Global Network

Indian tax, transaction and regulatory advisory firm Aurtus has become a member company of WTS Global, the Netherlands-headquartered network of tax consulting firms that operates across 100 countries. The development was announced by the company.

Aurtus was founded in 2020 and has built a practice around tax and regulatory advice along with implementation support. It does not take up audit work, unlike several other firms within the WTS Global network. The firm is headquartered in India, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad and GIFT City, and a team of more than 75 professionals, largely experienced chartered accountants and legal experts.

What The Partnership Means

According to the company, the arrangement gives Aurtus clients direct access to WTS Global specialists in other jurisdictions. Indian businesses and families with overseas interests can obtain advice in those countries from firms Aurtus works with directly. Conversely, international groups investing in or operating in India can reach Aurtus through WTS member firms in their home countries for Indian tax, transfer pricing, merger and acquisition, and regulatory work.

For Indian companies with outbound operations, this model offers a coordinated route to cross-border advice rather than engaging separate advisers in each market. For foreign groups entering India, it provides a single point of contact for Indian tax and regulatory matters.

Client Base And Focus Areas

Aurtus serves Indian corporations, multinational corporations, venture capital funds, private equity investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and fast-growing start-ups. Its stated focus areas include private client services, family offices and succession structures, alongside tax, transaction and regulatory advisory.
