1. Who we are

Voltz Fillings is a compliance and advisory practice operating from New Delhi, Delhi. We are facilitators and professional service providers — we prepare, file and track applications with the relevant authorities on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law.
• You confirm the details and documents you provide are true, complete and authorised for our use.
• You are responsible for anyone who submits information through your account or on your behalf.

3. What we do

• Assess eligibility and advise on the registration, return, licence or filing you need.
• Prepare application documents and forms, and file them with the correct authority after your approval.
• Track the application, respond to notices or objections within the agreed scope, and deliver certificates or acknowledgements to your dashboard and app.
• Remind you of statutory deadlines for engagements that include ongoing compliance.

4. What is not included

Government fees, stamp duty, challans, translation, notarisation, site visits, appeals, litigation, audit and any work outside the quoted scope are billed separately after your approval. Approval, refusal or delay of an application is decided by the concerned authority; we do not guarantee a specific outcome, a specific date, or that a filing will be accepted without objection.

5. Not a substitute for advice

Content on this site — including calculators, tools, guides and news explainers — is general information for awareness. It is not legal, tax or investment advice for your specific situation, and it is not a solicitation to practise in any jurisdiction. Free tools may simplify estimates but can differ from official positions; verify critical figures with us or a qualified professional before acting.

6. Accounts, app access and security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
• You may not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, overload or misuse our website, APIs or app.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, money-laundering concerns, abusive conduct or breach of these terms.

7. Fees, taxes and payment

Prices shown are our professional fees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise; government fees are listed separately where known. Payment is due before we file unless your engagement letter says otherwise. We accept online payments through licensed gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and bank transfer against an invoice. A transaction is complete only when the gateway confirms success and we record it — a browser message alone is not proof of payment.

8. Invoices and refunds

Tax invoices are issued for every payment and are available in your dashboard and on the shared invoice link. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Timelines

Any duration we publish is an indicative estimate based on normal processing by the authority. Timelines depend on document readiness, validation errors, fees, and government processing, and are not contractual deadlines unless your engagement letter states otherwise.

10. Your obligations

• Provide documents and approvals in time; delays caused by missing inputs extend our timelines.
• Review and approve filings before we submit them — you remain responsible for the accuracy of the facts you confirm.
• Pay authority fees and statutory dues, including any penalty or interest that arises from late filing.
• Tell us about changed circumstances — turnover, shareholding, address, directorship — that affect your compliance.

11. Intellectual property

Our branding, website design, tools, templates, calculators, articles and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may download documents prepared for your own business use, but may not republish, resell or use our materials or name to market your own services without written permission. Facts you give us remain yours.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Professional obligations of our chartered accountants, company secretaries and advocates also apply.

13. Disclaimers

The site and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that third-party feeds and linked resources remain accurate.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, business interruption, penalties or interest imposed by an authority, or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, penalties, costs and losses arising from information or documents you provided that turn out to be inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised, or from your breach of these terms or applicable law.

16. Term and termination

Engagements continue until the filing is completed or abandoned, or until either side ends them in writing. On termination, fees for work already performed remain payable, and statutory records we must retain stay with us for the required period.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including authority portal outages, internet or power failures, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or payment-network downtime.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as services and law change. The revision date at the top of the page shows the current version; continued use of the site or a new engagement after an update means you accept it.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. We will first attempt to resolve any grievance through the contact listed below, including the online grievance redressal route required for digital transactions.
